Do you need an application form? Do you wish to know which rules and documents refer to accreditation? Are you looking for documents related to assessment? This section offers you the documents, guides and legislative acts defining accreditation, assessment procedure, areas of accreditation, etc.

Documents will be labelled as ‘NEW’ at least 60 days after the date of issue.

S - documents

The documents marked S are documents of internal origin addressing internal regulations in the area of accreditation (Statutes, Rules of Procedure and Regulations). These documents are adopted by the Slovenian Accreditation Board.

OA - documents

The documents marked OA are adopted by the Accreditation Committee. These documents include various guides and guidelines, and/or serve as interpretation documents for individual technical fields.

D - documents

The internal regulations adopted by the SA Director are marked "D". These documents lay down various procedures in the process of accreditation for different areas.

The forms issued by SA are marked OB.
